✧ A Personal Realignment: Last fall, I found myself in a project where despite an overall promising vision; values of the workplace were not aligned with mine. My commitment was not met with resonance, or with respect… I brought my signature in my work and presentation: integrity, clarity, style but something was off.
After delays and friction, I chose to step away.
I stepped back. Quietly. Clearly.
And what returned? My spark.
With that came the real confidence— the kind that pulls looks from the same wardrobe and feels complete. Style, alignment and confidence became my mirror opening new doors and new momentum.
